Dear Dr. Santolin,
I am 21 y/o and a dedicated weight lifter and have been diagnosed w/ medial epicondylitis in both elbows and patellofemoral syndrome in both knees by Dr. Mody at Hinsdale Orthopaedic. I have been reading a lot about ART and came across a web site that said you are certified in the practice. I haven't lifted in around 2 months and have been going to physical therapy at ATI for 6 weeks with very minimal progress, if any at all. Do you think you could help me?
